1、将混凝土搅拌车电器用塑料薄膜遮罩，然后用半湿性毛巾压盖于薄膜上侧，以防高压水冲进分电器，致使拌和车难以发动；

2、运用高压水枪由拌和车发动机旁边面按从上到下的次序将引擎室内侧及拌和车发动机表面的附着类污物冲净；

3、直接将拌和车发动机外部清洗剂均匀喷洒于泅湿后的拌和车发动机及引擎室周边；

4、闪凉3min后，用纤维毛刷清洗引擎室内所能触及到的所有部件；

7、更终将冲洗洁净的搅拌车发动机用半湿性毛巾擦干，并用吸尘吸水风干机将手不易触及到的当地吸干，然后风干；

8、用塑料橡胶保护剂对引擎室内侧的塑料橡胶部件进行上光，然后再将金属部件镀膜；

9、更终对护理结束的搅拌车发动机和引擎室内侧用洁净的无纺抛光巾进行查验。
