新设备各部分零件由于表面粗糙度的问题会存在配合不完全、表面承载应力不均匀等情况。在这样的工作状态下,零件表面由于互相嵌合而摩擦,进而产生磨损的金属碎屑作为二次磨料参与摩擦过程,这势必会导致零件表面的磨损加剧。因此,磨合期内磨损严重、速率快。若是在这段时期内处于生产旺季而超负荷工作,零件的破损度则会更为严重,缩短设备的使用寿命。
