1. 机油量不足的办法,每天都应检查油底壳中的油位,保证油位的正常,如果发现不足,一定要添加同一厂家生产的同一型号的机油。
1. First of all, to solve the problem of insufficient oil, check the oil level in the oil pan every day to ensure the normal oil level. If it is found that the oil level is insufficient, be sure to add the same type of oil produced by the same manufacturer.
2. 机油泵磨损,机油泵泵轴与衬套之间的间隙、齿轮端面与泵盖的间隙、齿侧间隙或径向间隙因磨损而过大时,都会导致油量减小,使机油压力下降。此时应更换磨损的零件研磨泵盖内平面,使之与齿轮端面的间隙恢复到标准范围。机油泵不转的办法:更换损坏的平键或集滤器。
2. Oil pump does not turn the solution: replace the damaged flat key or filter.
3. 自上料搅拌车机发动机油温过高,如果发动机冷却系统水垢过多、散热不良、长时间超负荷作业或者喷油泵的供油时间过迟等都会使发动机过热,加速机油的老化、变质、变稀,从各配合间隙中泄漏,压力降低。此时应及时水垢、调整供油时间、让发动机在额定负荷内工作。
3. If the engine oil temperature of self feeding mixer is too high, if the engine cooling system has too much scale, poor heat dissipation, long-time overload operation or the oil supply time of fuel injection pump is too late, the engine will overheat, accelerate the aging, deterioration and thinning of the oil, leak from each fitting clearance and reduce the pressure. At this time, the scale should be removed in time, the fuel supply time should be adjusted, and the engine should work within the rated load.
4. 自上料搅拌车机,主轴承与连杆轴承的配合间隙加大,发动机长期使用后主曲轴与连杆轴承的配合间隙逐渐加大,泄漏增加,机油压力便下降,此时可以修磨曲轴,选配新的连杆轴承与主轴承,恢复其配合间隙即可。机油散热器漏油,外漏会污染发动机表面,压力下降;内漏使机油进入水箱,冷却系统的散热效果变差,发动机过热,机油变稀,压力下降,拆下散热器,修理或更换,恢复其功能。

At this time, the crankshaft can be polished, and a new connecting rod bearing and the main bearing can be selected to restore the fit clearance. If the oil radiator leaks oil, the external leakage will pollute the engine surface and the pressure will drop; if the internal leakage causes the oil to enter the water tank, the cooling effect of the cooling system will become worse, the engine will overheat, the oil will become thinner and the pressure will drop. Remove the radiator, repair or replace it and restore its function.
5. 压力传感器失灵或主油道压力传感器的油道堵塞而油流不畅时,机油压力就会下降,可做如下检查:发动机怠速运转,松开油管接头,观察油流情况,判断故障部位,更换压力传感器或清洗油道。

6. 在润滑系统中,油泵泵送的机油在到达发动机各润滑部件之前,必须保证适当的压力,如果限压阀设定压力过低、压力弹簧变软或者密封面泄漏,都会造成设定压力过低,此时应调整限压阀使压力恢复正常。不同的发动机需要添加不同型号的机油,同一型号的发动机在不同的季节也应选用不同牌号的机油,如果选用的机油不合格或劣质机油,发动机运转时就会因粘度过低而加大泄漏,压力降低。所以机油的选用和合理,适应不同的机型或季节。
6. In the lubrication system, before the oil pumped by the oil pump reaches the lubricating parts of the engine, the proper pressure must be ensured. If the set pressure of the pressure limiting valve is too low, the pressure spring becomes soft or the sealing surface leaks, the set pressure will be too low. At this time, the pressure limiting valve should be adjusted to make the pressure return to normal. Different types of engine oil need to be added to different engines, and different brands of engine oil should be used for the same type of engine in different seasons. If the selected oil is unqualified or inferior, the leakage will increase and the pressure will decrease due to the low viscosity when the engine is running. Therefore, the selection of engine oil is reasonable and suitable for different models or seasons.
7. 当机油滤清器堵塞而不能疏通时,设在其底座上的旁通阀被打开,机油不经过滤直接进入主油道。如果旁通阀的开启压力设定过高,当机油滤清器被堵塞时就不能及时打开,机油泵压力就会上升,内漏就会增加,对主油道的供油量减小,机油压力就会下降,所以应保证机油滤清器的清洁。正确调整旁通阀的开启压力,及时更换或者修复损坏的元件或者配合面,恢复其正常的工作性能。
7. When the oil filter is blocked and cannot be dredged, the bypass valve on its base is opened, and the oil directly enters the main oil passage without filtering. If the opening pressure of the bypass valve is set too high, the oil filter can not be opened in time when it is blocked, the oil pump pressure will rise, the internal leakage will increase, the oil supply to the main oil passage will decrease, and the oil pressure will drop. Therefore, the cleanness of the oil filter should be ensured. Correct adjustment of the opening pressure of the bypass valve, timely replacement or repair of damaged components or mating surface, restore its normal working performance.
8. 自上料搅拌车机集油器堵塞,在正常情况下,机油压力在大油门时应比小油门时高,但有时也会出现反常情况,若油液过脏、过粘,就容易堵塞集滤器。当发动机小油门低速运转时,由于机油泵吸油量不大,注油道尚能建立起一定的压力,因而油压正常;但档加大油门高速运转时,机油泵的吸油量会因集滤器阻力过大而明显减少,于是因主油管道供油压力表的示值反而下降。应清洗集滤器,或者更换机油。
8. The oil collector of the self feeding mixer is blocked. Under normal circumstances, the oil pressure at the high throttle should be higher than that at the low throttle, but sometimes there are abnormal situations. If the oil is too dirty and sticky, it is easy to block the oil collector. When the engine is running at low speed with small throttle, the oil pump can still build up a certain pressure in the oil injection passage due to the small oil absorption, so the oil pressure is normal; but when the engine is running at high speed with high throttle, the oil absorption of the oil pump will be significantly reduced due to the excessive resistance of the filter, so the indication of the oil supply pressure gauge in the main oil pipe will be decreased. The filter should be cleaned or the oil should be changed.
