混凝土搅拌车罐体后面有个操作杆，在操作杆下面铭牌上写着卸料、进料，扳手扳到卸料是反转，扳到进料是正转。一般情况下往车头那边是正传进料，往尾部操作是反转卸料。往下是加油门，控制搅拌车罐体转速的，需要加速卸料的时候操作特别方便搅拌车同时配备驾驶室操作杆，跟搅拌车尾部同步操作，同样控制罐体的正反转，方便司机在驾驶室操作，可以不用下车。
