As a branch of construction machinery, self feeding mixer must pay attention to standardized management and safe production.

1、安装过程中，严禁仓体倾斜、支腿变形等。

1. During the installation process, it is strictly forbidden to tilt the warehouse and deform the outrigger.

2、支腿底部与基础预埋件焊接牢固。

2. The bottom of the outrigger is firmly welded with the embedded parts of the foundation.

3、做好防风、防雷工作。

4、严禁强力撞击支腿及仓体。

5、定期检查除尘器布袋的水泥附着情况，及时清理。

5. Regularly check the cement adhesion of dust collector bag and clean it in time.

6、基础必须牢固，符合建筑设计规范。

7、一旦堵死布袋，仓内压力超过仓顶压力阀的压力，压力阀即可打开释放仓内压力，防止爆仓事故的发生。

7. Once the bag is blocked and the pressure in the bin exceeds the safety pressure of the pressure safety valve on the top of the bin, the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the bin, so as to prevent the occurrence of explosion accident.

8、当水泥仓(水泥罐)工作时，必须由专用吊机将其立起，然后放到预先预制好的混凝土基础之上，并检查水泥仓(水泥罐)立起以后与水平面的垂直度，然后将其底部与基础预埋件焊接牢固。

8. When the cement silo (cement tank) works, it must be erected by a special crane, and then placed on the pre prefabricated concrete foundation, and the perpendicularity of the cement silo (cement tank) with the horizontal plane after erection shall be checked, and then the bottom and the embedded parts of the foundation shall be welded firmly.
