在托轮和滚道之间放入木楔，以控制搅拌筒的旋转，一定要注意；将发动机熄火，拆松液压马达的一根高压油管，搅拌筒可自由旋转，控制搅拌筒的旋转，使维修孔转到下部，然后打开维修孔，清理出筒内混凝土。此时一定要注意，混凝土排出完毕后，恢复搅拌车原状。
