As we all know, the engine of small concrete mixer can work normally and the machine can work efficiently, mainly relying on the fuel system to provide power. In many cases, the engine of the machine cannot be started or the engine cannot be started because of the failure of the fuel system. Therefore, the daily maintenance of the fuel system should be done well.

　　1、及时加注燃油

　　1. Fill fuel in time

　　小型混凝土搅拌车作业的过程中，操作人员要随时关注燃油量。当燃油表显示的燃油量接近“0”位时，一定要及时加注燃油。切忌等燃油用尽之后才添加，这样做的后果不仅仅是造成柴油机无油后熄火，重要的是会导致空气进入燃油系统。一旦燃油系统中进入了空气，不仅浪费了燃油，而且排出去比较麻烦。

When the fuel quantity displayed on the fuel gauge is close to the "0" position, the fuel must be filled in time. Do not add the fuel until it is used up. 　　2、注意避免燃油系统堵塞

　　我们都知道，有时候混凝土搅拌车的工作环境比较特殊，这样就很容易导致燃油系统堵塞，一旦燃油系统堵塞，就会影响机器的正常运转。所以要及时检查确保燃油管道的通畅。

Once the fuel system is blocked, it will affect the normal operation of the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to check in time to ensure the smoothness of fuel pipes.

　　3、注意检查燃油系统密封性

　　小型混凝土搅拌车作业的时候，如果发现排气管冒黑烟，或是发动机出现启动困难的状况，有可能是因为漏气，所以要注意检查燃油系统的密封性。

　　4、保持燃油的清洁

　　燃油系统的故障有大约50%是因为燃油不洁所造成，对于汽油机而言，绝大多数是因为燃油中混入水分，汽油中的水分还会腐蚀和破坏燃油供油系统元件。

　　5.燃油选择很关键

　　建议选择适合混凝土搅拌车的高品质燃油，质量较差的燃油过滤不良，油泥、杂质、水分，长期积累，沉淀下来，容易堵塞油泵滤网，油管及喷油嘴。

　　It is suggested to select high-quality fuel oil suitable for concrete mixer, poor quality fuel oil filtration, sludge, impurities, moisture, long-term accumulation, precipitation, easy to block the filter screen of oil pump, oil pipe and nozzle.

　　小型混凝土搅拌车这类卡车上都装置圆筒型的搅拌筒以运载混合后的混凝土。在运输过程中会始终保持搅拌筒转动，以保证所运载的混凝土不会凝固。运送完混凝土后， 通常都会用水冲洗搅拌筒内部， 防止硬化的混凝土占用空间。
