Due to the long-term mixing of dry and semi-dry concrete materials, the concrete mixer is easy to wear and tear. In addition, the general concrete mixer is located in a bad environment, which requires regular maintenance by operators. Common vulnerable parts of concrete mixer are maintained as follows:

　　1、各传动齿轮、减速箱、链条等是否按规定加足润滑油；

　　1. Whether all transmission gears, reduction boxes, chains, etc. are fully lubricated as required;

　　2、搅拌筒运转平稳，衬板、叶片、没有松动现象

　　2. The mixing drum runs smoothly, and there is no looseness of lining plate and blade

　　3、传动部分声音是否正常，减速箱、轴承是否有发热或漏油现象；

　　3. Whether the sound of transmission part is normal, and whether there is heating or oil leakage in reducer and bearing;

　　4、传送带松紧度是否合适，传动链条中部下沉不得大于20mm；

　　4. Whether the tightness of the conveyor belt is appropriate, and the sinking of the middle part of the transmission chain shall not be greater than 20 mm;

　　5、钢丝绳有无较大磨损，连接是否牢固；

　　5. Whether the steel wire rope is worn and connected firmly;

　　6、制动器和离合器性能是否良好，制动片是否磨损严重，需不需要更换。

　　6. Whether the performance of the brake and clutch is good, and whether the brake pad is seriously worn, need not be replaced.
           

　　日常维护工作如下：

　　The routine maintenance work is as follows:

　　1、按照规定在每一次主机启动时给搅拌机轴端密封定时加油，以保证油封结构长期正常运转；

　　1. According to the regulations, add oil to the shaft end of the mixer at a fixed time when the main engine starts, so as to ensure the long-term normal operation of the oil seal structure;

　　2、检查其他的加油点如各转动、转动轮和轨道等是否需要加油。

　　3、检查易损部件，如衬板、叶片、搅拌臂等，及时调整或更换。
