1、使用前：

1. Before use:

（1）要检查小型混凝土搅拌车空压机的自保装置是否可靠，气压是否稳定；检查水泵的引水有没有加足，管道是否畅通；

(1) It is necessary to check whether the self-protection device of the air compressor of the small concrete mixer truck is reliable and whether the air pressure is stable; Check whether the water diversion of the pump is sufficient and whether the pipeline is unblocked;

（2）小型混凝土搅拌车料仓的斗门、水泥斗门还有中间集料斗门、出料门的开闭是否灵活可靠；

（3）还要检查小型混凝土搅拌车主机叶片的联结螺栓是否牢固；

（4）检查各电气装置是否安 全可靠，各限位开关动作开关是否灵活可靠；

(4) Check whether the electrical devices are safe and reliable, and whether the limit switches are flexible and reliable;

（5）检查各润滑点急减速箱是否有足够的润滑油。

(5) Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in the reducer at each lubricating point.
                    

2、使用后：

（1）都应该将小型混凝土搅拌罐的主机内外、料门上的积料清理并冲洗干净；

(1) The accumulated materials inside and outside the main machine and on the material door of the small concrete mixing tank should be cleaned and washed;

（2）各个润滑点应该加注润滑油，尤其是在轴端的密封处万不可遗漏；

(2) Each lubricating point should be filled with lubricating oil, especially at the sealing part of the shaft end;

（3）冬季应放净水路内的液体，放净空压机贮气筒内的积水和气体；

(3) In winter, the liquid in the waterway should be drained, and the water and gas in the air reservoir of the air compressor should be drained;

（4）停机后，所有的开关都要处于非工作状态并切断电源。

(4) After shutdown, all switches should be in non working state and cut off the power supply.

除了这些例行的检查以外，每年还要对运行工作的小型混凝土搅拌车或是混凝土搅拌罐进行检查，检查中如发现问题要及时维修，有的小型混凝土搅拌车机器零部件若损坏要及时更换以保证设备的正常运行。
