　　1、随车带上减水剂

　　减水剂是一种在维持混凝土坍落度不变的条件下，能减少拌合用水量的混凝土外加剂，随车携带，能对混凝土进行很好的调节。不过在加入减水剂的时候，一定要记得有商砼站化验室的人在场，否则混凝土质量强度不够，驾驶员要承担后果。

　　2、回厂检查罐内水量

　　2. Return to the factory to check the water volume in the tank

　　每次出车任务完成回到站内的时候，检查储水罐内的水量，让水罐中的水随时处于满罐的状态，以备不时之需。

　　3、离厂前检查混凝土质量

　　可能会因为原料的不同，每一盘混凝土质量都会有变化。在装好混凝土离场时，一定要检查罐内混凝土的塌落度情况以及和易度，小心混凝土的提前凝结和混凝土分层沉淀。

　　清理方法：

　　1、准备好紧急驱动软管，将搅拌车熄火，卸下液压马达上的高压油管接头。

　　2、将高压油管卸下，并与故障车上的对应接头用我紧急驱动软管相连。

　　3、发动机搅拌车，将其操纵手柄拨出料位置，排除车内混凝土
