When the concrete mixer truck has been used for a long time, the mixing drum will not rotate. Most of the reasons for this situation are as follows: there is concrete blockage in the transportation process; the hydraulic system, engine and motor fail. According to different situations, we have different countermeasures.

1）对于在运输过程中，有泥土将其卡住，只要将泥土清理干净即可。

②把发生故障的混凝土搅拌车的高压胶管从马达上卸下，接上救援用高压胶管，另一端接在救援车油泵上，同时把应急用的回油管一端接在故障车马达泄油口位置，回油管的另一端接在救援车油泵回油口位置，利用救援车对故障混凝土搅拌车的拌筒旋转进行控制，直混凝土排出。

② Remove the high-pressure rubber hose of the concrete mixer truck from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, and connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue truck. At the same time, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the failure truck, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue truck, Until the concrete is discharged.

3）当马达出现故障时，可将救援车的马达卸下并安装于出现故障的混凝土搅拌车上，再把各个油管接好。启动救援车便可将拌筒中的混凝土排出。

3) When the motor fails, the motor of the rescue truck can be removed and installed on the concrete mixer, and then the oil pipes are connected. The concrete in the mixing drum can be discharged by starting the rescue truck.

当混凝土搅拌车发生故障，应对故障问题进行判断，再采取相应的有效措施。
